My experience of adult learning festivals:
Concerning long life learning, I did learn a lot about other European countries. I didn't know anything about this program and didn't know it was something I could take part in. I know now that as an adult I am still learning and I'm understanding better today because I'm an adult and I can compare my present experience with my past experience. This meeting did learn me a lot about myself and brought me self-confidence.

What did I learn from the experience?
The new skills I acquired helped me to have a better communication with other persons because I can talk more easily in front of an audience and now I can share my knowledge.
I know that this seminary learn a lot about myself and my skills. I know that I can help other persons and sharing with other is very important in an adult life.
The Irish festival impressed me a lot because rewarding persons for their special actions contribute to motivate and stimulate in everyday life. That was a colorful and sensitive meeting.

What do I do as a result of participation?
I liked working in small groups because it was easier to talk about the activities I'm involved in. Not talking a foreign language is complicated as I had to wait for the translation and not forget what was explained. Trying to respond and find the correct words was also a problem for me. I found a body language to express myself and make me understand. Now I know, I want to learn another language to be able to communicate on my own.
