My experiences of Adult Learning Festivals
I joined SLS Slovenian project meeting. I don't know where I will start to explain. It was a great experience for me. I admired Slovenia very much. Due to its low population of country, I saw that each person was very important and value. I observed, each stage to use the most effective way in the education and training system.

I learned from my experiences
I observed that education and specially training were very advanced. We had became opportunity useful information about the adult education institutions' activities and their corporate structure by participating in activities. Compulsory education is common all over the world and a certain level of success has been achieved. But I think that adult education and training of disabled adults are low level throughout the world. But I saw the exact opposite of this situation in Slovenia. Adult education in Slovenia is located on the world standart. Because Slovenian carries out their work with principle of " every individual, especially disabled individual can make something exactly." When I visited their institute , I was be able to see this perfect work and I felt they were very happy.

What will I do as a result of participating?
I saw that many beautiful things was made in the field of adult education in Slovenia. As a guidance teacher,I will use gained experiences from Slovenia in my work-life. In particular, given value to adult disabled people impressed me. This meeting strengthened " there is no to be sacrificed individual in the education system" idea.
