My experiences of Adult Learning Festivals
I joined the ALF (Adult Learner Festival) for first time in my life in Ireland. They presented presentation about "voluntary contribution in the Learning Campaigns, Overwiewed of volunteering in Ireland and connections with adult learning, AONTAS and the Adult Learners Week.... etc. Especially, we visited the NEAR FM/NEAR TV and attended the STAR Awards Ceremony for adults learning projects. I liked the small group work "How does your organization involve volunteers in your learning campaigns?" This small group work was very efficient for me. Ministers, politicians and bureaucrats are both in close contact with these organizations and taking active role in the events impressed me.

I learned from my experiences
When I attend the ALF festivals, I have learned the benefits of adult education. This kind of activities provide a lot of bennefits to both society and individual. It supports fussion of individual and comunity. I became aware of the ways to attract adults in training. I started to have my own ideas on this subject. I learned the possitive effect of voluntary works to organizations. I saw how the volunteers are located within all project works. I realized that to incrase works of volunteer in my country. I understand the importance of institutions to introduce their work to society via the best way.

What will I do as a result of participating?
As a guidance teacher, I will transfer my gained experiences to my pupils' parents to complete their individual development, to establish strong self-confidence and to feel themselves valuable people and I will orient them into adult education system. Especially, I will deal with early school leaver and unemployment parents and I'll provide them different educational choices. After this time, I will keep in touch with adult education institutes and I'll talk about importance of adult education at everywhere I go.
